About me
I am a geologist with a Ph.D. in Geochemistry, specializing in traditional and non-traditional isotope systems, chemostratigraphy, trace-element geochemistry, sedimentology, and stratigraphy. My research focuses on changes in biogeochemical cycles and paleoenvironmental conditions, particularly in the Neoproterozoic sedimentary record.
My work integrates field observations, sedimentological and stratigraphic analyses, and elemental and isotopic geochemistry to develop robust paleoenvironmental interpretations. I communicate research findings through presentations at scientific conferences and peer-reviewed publications in international journals.
I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Geosciences, University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil. My research investigates paleoenvironmental changes associated with Cryogenian Snowball Earth-type glaciations in the Urucum and Rio Pardo basins.
